3. Every Products & Services Providers registered on our website would be hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as "Wellness Associates" or "Vendor" or “they” or “them”or “third party”.
4. www.wellnessway4u.com mission is to provide a versatile wellness ecosystem / platform to promote all-round wellbeing awareness, accountability, empowerment, & engagement in simple doable steps. It will also be a complementary support tool to all health & wellness professionals. To achieve this, our platform will be open to existing as well as unique third party wellness products & services such as Games, Contests, Workshops, Seminars, classified advertisements , bulletin board, discussion, forums, including health assessment modules, health chart, report, market research and surveys and various other services (referred to hereafter as "the service") .
5. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to revise/alter/delete/ modify/change any or all of these terms of use/rewards/terms and conditions (ToU-U) at any time & without notice. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Your continued use of products & services on our site, blog will signify Your consent to those changes. Therefore You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

Use of our site is available only to persons who are 18 years of age and above and persons who can enter into a legally binding contract, and who are not barred by any law for the time being in force. 12. One9W offers Rewards in form of Points, Badges, Certificates, Vouchers, Products & Services etc as per terms & conditions specified from time to time on our Website & blog. The latest information on your points balance and how to redeem your reward points will be mentioned on the site.
13. We reserve the right to change the value of rewards or offer a substitute reward of equivalent value, if for some unforeseen reason; we are unable to obtain your first choice of reward e.g. the company issuing vouchers to us ceases to offer vouchers.
14. Our decision is final in determining the winner of each contest/games & all related aspects and no correspondence will be entered into on this matter. Any entry may be disallowed without reason or discussion. We may disallow entries, or change the name, where the entrant's name appears to be made up or against the rules & regulations of the Event & our website.

Notwithstanding anything contained, the aggregate maximum liability of One9 World Enterprises in connection with the obligations undertaken, regardless of the form or nature of the action giving rise to such liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), shall under no circumstances exceed INR.500/= (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only).

You acknowledge and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless One9 World Enterprises, its directors, partners affiliates/group companies, assigns, successors, employees, officers, agents, licensors, advisors, consultants and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, legal fees, resulting from or alleged to result from member's violation of these terms and conditions or act or omission of the Wellness Associates / One9 World Enterprises.

Intellectual property : All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to One9 World Enterprises , Chaitanya Wellness Research Institute, belong to their respective owners. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, images and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated One9 World Enterprises, Chaitanya Wellness Research Institute is the sole/exclusive owner of all the intellectual property and in particular all the patent rights, the copy-right/rights, trademarks rights, database rights, trade secret rights and patents in www.wellnessway4u.com and www.wellnessway4u.com/blog and in any software, application, graphics, text and other materials used therein. You may view, use or download a single copy of the material/content of this site & blog solely for your personal, internal and non-commercial use. 33. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India. This website and the agreement herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. The parties shall attempt to settle any dispute arising from and/or in connection with this Agreement by way of negotiation. If the dispute is not so resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by Arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by One9 World Enterprises. The Arbitration proceedings shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The Venue and Seat of Arbitration shall be Mumbai. The language of Arbitration shall be English.
34. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Parties which supersedes all proposal oral or written and all other communications between the Parties relating to the subject of this Agreement.

You agree and acknowledge that your use of this website and information/ opinion / advise/ products /services sought by you on this website from Wellness Associates does not entitle you to claim any kind of right, title, interest or ownership on the website or on One9 World Enterprises. You further agree and acknowledge that the you irrevocably assign to Us all rights, title and ownership on the contents posted by you and on the information/ opinion / advise sought by You on this website.
