Refund-Cancellation Policy

This Policy forms a integeral part of our TOU, Privacy, Disclaimer, TOU (WA) & other related documents

A) Cancellation

  1. Once you have received Order confirmation from our end, You can cancel your order only ONCE but minimum 12 hours before the Delivery Time by written communication (sms / email) from your email / mobile details registered by you with us to our Support Mobile / email number mentioned on our website www.wellnessway4u.com. In such circumstances, Refund request will be processed. This Refund Amount is NOT Transferable against Other Orders.
  2. For cancellation, Our minimum fee of 20% of the Order Value with a minimum INR 50/- (Indian Rs. Fifty only) will be applicable .
  3. We shall also have right to charge you cancellation fee of 10% of Order Value for the orders cancelled by us for the reasons specified under clause 5 (a-d) below of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to us or our wellness associates, we shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
  4. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable for Delivery, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  5. We/Wellness Associate reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:
  1. If the designated Delivery address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
  2. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
  3. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery;
  4. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order;
  5. Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
  6. In the event of any change to the place of Delivery after Order confirmation by us
  7. In respect of suspected fraud customers, if customer location is different than indicated, in case of suspect fraudulent activity.

B) Refunds

  1. We do not set refund policies on behalf of the Wellness Associates. It is their responsibility to communicate their refund policy to User and to issue refunds in accordance therewith. Consequently, User's requests for refunds should be directed to the respective Wellness Associate and in no event shall be directed to us. Any refund-related issues or disputes shall be strictly between the User and the Wellness Associate; we shall not be liable for any refund-related claims; and the Wellness Associate hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Us in connection therewith.
  2. In the event, a product/service delivery is cancelled or postponed by the Wellness Associates for whatever reason, We will attempt to refund the amount as per the policy of the Wellness Associate, only upon on their confirmation (conditions varies for different products & services).
  3. Any Cancellation Requests/Refund Requests raised by the customers/end users will be considered only upon the Wellness Associates confirmation & terms set for the same. As applicable Payment Gateway Charges + Taxes + Booking Charges will be deducted from the paid amount, as applicable.
  4. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you have pre-paid your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
    1. Tampered or damaged Packaging of your Order at the time of delivery;
    2. We had to cancel your Order as detailed in Point A-5(a-e) above; or
    3. You cancelled the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
  5. NO Refund will be given for Cases falling under A-5f, 5g above.
  6. Our decision on Refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  7. If your Refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit / Debit Card / Original method of Payment within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank from where the payment has originated.
  8. If you have NOT received the Refund, please contact us at refunds@wellnessway4u.com with the relevant details including our transaction Number.

All Disputes related to Refund & Cancellation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Mumbai only.
