"Chaitanya Wellness Research Institute" or "Chaitanya Wellness" or "us" or “our” or "we" refers to the owner of the website .

The term "You" or "Your" or “User” or “their” refers to the user or viewer or member of our website who are availing Wellness related products, services, interactive events (Games, Contests, Workshops, Seminars, Programs etc), features and information / advice / opinion on our website from us and/or Wellness Associates.

Every Products & Services Providers registered on our website would be hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as "Wellness Associates" or "Vendor" or “they” or “them” or “third party”.

We provide a platform for Wellness Associates to promote various wellbeing tools, products & services, and facilitate convenient access through placement of online orders, online payments and delivery details. Any Online Orders placed shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Policy as well as the terms & conditions of the Wellness Associate. This Shipping & Delivery Services conditions may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You should understand that by ordering any of Products or subscribing to one of our Services on our website, you agree to be bound by our this Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Terms and conditions of Use, our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Website or the Platform.

We acts only as a booking agent, hence shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the Wellness Associate and the User as regards the standards of services provided by them. Also, we are not the service and cannot therefore control or prevent changes in the published descriptions which are based upon information provided by the Wellness Associate and/or published by them.

The Deliveries will be executed directly by the Products & Services Providers & will be as per their terms & conditions of Sale specially pertaining to place, date & time of delivery. It will be subject to Force Majeure conditions such as during rainy days, fire, earthquake, explosions, breakdown of transportation, breakdown of telecommunications, national emergency etc. In such a case, we/wellness associate will inform you and arrangements for change in delivery address or cancellation can be made.

You may not be able to avail our Services if your delivery location is outside our current scope of Service. To keep you informed of the same at the time of confirming your order booking, you will be required to share certain information with us, including but not limited to (i) your first and last name (ii) mobile number; and (iii) email address. It shall be your sole responsibility to bring any incorrect details to our attention.

You understand that the estimated delivery time quoted to you at the time of confirming the order is an approximate estimate and may vary. Any extension / increase in the Dispatch and/or Delivery time shall not be our responsibility.

You order will be only delivered to the address designated by you at the time of placing the order on the Platform. We reserve the right to cancel the order, in our sole discretion, in the event of any change to the place of delivery and you shall not be entitled to any refund for the same. Delivery in the event of change of the delivery location shall be at our sole discretion.

You shall undertake to provide adequate directions, information and authorisations to accept delivery. In the event of any failure to accept delivery, failure to deliver within the estimated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass to you and you shall not be entitled to any refund for the same. Our decision in relation to this shall be final and binding.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.

In the event the Platform is accessed from outside India or outside our delivery zones, it shall be entirely at your risk. We make no representation that the Platform and its contents are available or otherwise suitable for use outside select areas /regions /cities. If you choose to access or use the Platform from or in locations outside select areas /regions /cities, you do so on your own and shall be responsible for the consequences and ensuring compliance of applicable laws, regulations, byelaws, licenses, registrations, permits, authorisations, rules and guidelines.

We/Wellness Associate reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:

a) If the designated Delivery address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;

b) Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;

c) Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or

d) Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or

e) Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.

f) In respect of suspected fraud customers, if customer location is different than indicated, in case of suspect fraudulent activity.

All Disputes related to Refund & Cancellation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Mumbai only.
